VOLLEYBALL: The Female Junior National Teams from Blackswamp Volleyball Sports Academy in Tiffin will have six teams ranging from 11-17 years of age competing in the Junior National Tournament in Indianapolis from June 27-July 6. A send-off for the athletes will run 5-9 p.m. June 24 at the Tiffin Buffalo Wild Wings.

GOLF: In the Baumann Old Fort Ex-Hi Golf League, Larry Miller and Larry Elchert are leading with 45 points after four weeks. Scott Theis was closest to the pin on the second shot on No. 12, while Dave Zigler was closest to the pin on No.15 and had the long putt on No. 18.

n The Wednesday Senior League at Clinton Heights was won by Ted Rombah, Jon Eakin, Rex Mellott and John Garpiel at six under. Tied at five under was the team of Dave Gaze, Dave Seislove, Chuck Reinbolt, and Mike Window and the team of Ray Mutter, Lou Aiello, Denny Harper and Steve Scheiber.

n In the sixth week of the Amvets league, Jim and Brian Miccichi lead with 63 points. Howard Elchert and Jim Banks are in second with 58 1/2 points. Brian Miccichi had long putt on No. 18.

n Dave Coppus was the winner of the first-third in the Tuesday Night PJ Brickhouse League at Loudon Meadows. Adam Creeger finished second, Ken Ardner third and Joe Smith last. Prize winners were Randy Argabrite(long putt, No. 7), Dennis Walter (closest to pin, No. 2), and Austin Frankart (most bogies).
