BOYS JUNIOR HIGH BASKETBALL: Isaac Mason scored 21 point in the Northern 10 Athletic Conference Tournament Wednesday to help Seneca East’s seventh grade team beat Wynford, 44-27. Graham Gibbs followed with 11 points for the Tigers.

n Calvert’s seventh grade topped New Riegel Tuesday 22-17. Nick Palm led the Senecas with nine points while Lee Morgan added four. The Blue Jackets were led by Alijah Morrow’s seven points while Drew Hohman and Drew Theis each tossed in four.

BOYS JV BASKETBALL: Old Fort squeezed past Mohawk Wednesday, 52-51. Cole Bigelow led the Stockaders with 18 points while Gregory Steyer added 10.

BOYS FRESHMAN BASKETBALL: Old Fort routed Mohawk 42-26 Wednesday. Gustavo Negrete tossed in 16 points for the Stockaders.

5K RUN/WALK: Willard City Schools will host an Honor Run 5k run/walk March 10 at 9 a.m. Proceeds go to funding seats for veterans on the Honor Flight as well as the annual Veteran’s Day assembly held by Willard. All runners/walker should be registered by Feb. 24 to guarantee a T-shirt and avoid a late registration fee.
