Heidelberg tournament champs again | Advertiser-Tribune WESTERVILLE —Even during the tough times of this season, Heidelberg softball coach Betsy Hada believed her team had a big run in it. A little more than a week ago, Hada reiterated her belief that the Student Princes could still rescue what had been an up-and-down season. When she made the remarks, Heidelberg was 8-7 in the Ohio Athletic Conference, and a spot in the four-team OAC tournament was far from assured. On Saturday, Heidelberg celebrated its second-consecutive OAC title, and is readying for another appearance in the Division III regional.
