Tori Nelson, Morgan Sherley, Emily Roussel and Amanda Flotteron each scored two goals apiece to make up the early run. Findlay scored five goals to cut the deficit to 9-5, but Tiffin scored three of the next five goals in the final two minutes of the half to take a 12-7 lead into the locker roo.
