GIRLS?BASKETBALL: Tonight’s St. Mary’s at St. Wendelin game has been rescheduled for Jan. 29.

BIDDY?WRESTLING: There will be a Seneca East Biddy Wrestling Tournament Sunday. Entry fee is $15. There will be four age divisions: Division 0 (ages 6 and under), Division I (ages 7-8), Division II (ages 9-10) and Division III (11-12). Wrestling begins at 10 a.m. for all divisions, with weigh-ins from 7-9 a.m. Awards will be given for first through fourth place finishers in all weight classes. CALVERT-OLD?FORT:?The Calvert at Old Fort high school girls basketball game snowed out Thursday has been rescheduled for Feb. 11 with the JV?starting at 6 p.m. The junior high boys games have been rescheduled for 10 a.m. Jan. 11 at Old Fort, and the junior high girls games have been rescheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday at Calvert.

SOFTBALL HITTING LEAGUE: Tiffin University’s coaching staff and players will host a spring hitting league in February. Instruction will be followed by a hitting competition with team and individual scoring systems. Form a four-person team or sign up to be placed on a team. Hitting analysis through Right View Pro is available for an extra fee. The league will be held at the Hanson Physical Fitness Center on Miami Street. Dates are Feb. 1 (noon-1:15 p.m. for fourth through seventh-graders, 1:30-3 p.m. for eighth-through-12th-graders), Feb. 9 (4-5:15 p.m. fourth- through seventh-graders) and Feb. 16 (5:30-7 p.m. eighth- through 12th-graders). FREE THROW COMPETITION: The Knights of Columbus Free Throw Competition is Sunday at Calvert for boys and girls age 9-14. Registration begins at 12:30 p.m., with the competition at 1 p.m.

ELEMENTARY?BASKETBALL: The Columbian girls basketball program is announcing its 23rd girls’ spring league for fifth-and-sixth-grade girls in the area. The league will run for seven weeks beginning with an organizational meeting/practice from 7-8:30 p.m. Jan. 21 in the Columbian gym. The last games will be played March 13. Participants are encouraged to register Jan. 17. Applications are available at Noble Elementary School and the Tiffin Middle School or by contacting Katie Fazekas at Columbian High School.
