Cline can make tough decisions
When Rich Cline took office in 2008, it was at the start of the worst financial environment our country had seen since the Great Depression. City income tax revenue was down 10 percent. Unfortunately, as a result of this, some difficult decisions had to be made.
I bring this up because the voters have a very important decision to make this November in who is going to be our president of Tiffin City Council. The only time the president of council casts a vote is to break a tie. A tie amongst city council members doesn’t happen often, but when it does, I want a council president who has experience casting tough votes.
I urge the voters of Tiffin to elect Rich Cline as Tiffin’s next Council president.
