Nationwide bench warrant filed for 30-year-old sought by Findlay Police Department
FINDLAY — Findlay Police Department is seeking help finding a Fostoria man accused of murdering a child.
There is a nationwide bench warrant through Hancock County Common Pleas Court for Johnathon C. Suber, 30, on charges of murder, an unclassified felony, and endangering children, a second-degree felony, according to the police department and Hancock County Clerk of Courts.
Suber is accused of recklessly abusing a child and causing the child’s death, according to his indictment.
The alleged offenses occurred in Findlay on June 9, according to the clerk of courts.
Suber’s last known address was 7743 N. TR 64, Fostoria.
