Torch run | Advertiser-Tribune Jamie Starkey of the Seneca Arrows carries the torch Thursday afternoon on the Tiffin leg of the 2018 Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Ohio. Starkey carried the torch to the Seneca County Opportunity Center in preparation for kick-off events. Competition takes place this weekend in Columbus.
