Weather service warns of wind chill | Advertiser-Tribune National Weather Service issued a wind chill advisory until noon Wednesday. Wind chills are expected to range from 15 to 24 below zero, and exposed skin can experience frost bite in 30 minutes, according to the weather service. High temperatures around 30 degrees are expected by Sunday and Monday.
