Several indicted by grand jury

Several people were indicted by a Seneca County grand jury.

Craig A. Nye, 23, of Fostoria, was charged with aggravated burglary, a first-degree felony, and domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor.

He allegedly trespassed at 449 Beech St., Fostoria, April 10 and physically harmed a woman, according to his indictment.

Cody J. Huff, 24, was charged with burglary, a third-degree felony. He allegedly trespassed at 207 S. Washington St., Apt. A, April 30, court records state.

A Nintendo Wii and Xbox One were stolen and sold, they state.

Cody R. Brown, 26, was charged with having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony; trafficking in heroin, aggravated trafficking in drugs and possession of heroin, fourth-degree felonies; and possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony.

The grand jury found $140, three digital scales, two boxes of Narcan, a box of ammunition and a set of keys are subject to forfeiture, according to his indictment.
