Possible heroin OD near Bascom | Advertiser-Tribune A possible heroin overdose was reported in the 2000 block of TR 69 Thursday evening.  Bascom EMS, Bascom Joint Fire District and the Echo unit were dispatched to 2798 TR 69 at 6:48 p.m. A person was taken to Mercy Health – Tiffin Hospital. This is the third reported overdose since Tuesday.
