Man pleads guilty | Advertiser-Tribune A Bettsville man pleaded guilty to a charge in Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Michael Kelbley's courtroom. Jeremy W. Murphy 29, entered a written negotiated plea of guilty to a charge of possession of heroin, a fourth-degree felony, court records state. The case was referred for a pre-sentence investigation.
