WSOS heating program helped 360 in Seneca County in winter | Advertiser-Tribune The WSOS Emergency Home Energy Assistance Program helped more than 360 Seneca County residents with utility assistance last winter. According to a release from WSOS, the program provided help for more than 1,700 residents total in Wood, Sandusky, Ottawa and Seneca counties.
