Rock Creek Trail | Advertiser-Tribune The first walk along the soon-to-be-completed Rock Creek Trail is planned for 6:30 p.m. Thursday, just in time for Tiffin-Seneca Heritage Festival. Tiffin Mayor Aaron Montz invites individuals and families who wish to walk, rollerblade, bike, run or use another means of non-motorized transportation on the multi-use trail to meet at the city parking lot at Madison and Monroe streets behind First Presbyterian Church. The group is to walk through downtown and follow the trail to Hedges-Boyer Park. "Anyone in the community who would like to join us is welcome," he said.
