Sentinel students help wire city's new structure | Advertiser-Tribune Since January, electrical trade students from Sentinel Career and Technology Center have been helping the city wire a newly constructed building. The building, to be operated by the Tiffin City Parks and Recreation Department, is to be used for storage of equipment and materials, including the city's Christmas light display that the electrical trade students also help install each year. Tom Renninger, electrical trade instructor, said the students were contacted by the department about working on the building.
