Scutch man pleads guilty to sexual imposition
A McCutchenville man was sentenced to 60 days in jail Monday after pleading guilty to sexual imposition in Tiffin Municipal Court.
Kenneth A. Wagner, 35, pleaded guilty to the third-degree misdemeanor charge Monday morning and was sentenced by Judge Mark Repp to three years of community control and ordered to pay a $500 fine, according to court documents.
A woman and friend of Wagner had reported that Wagner tried to take advantage while she was under the influence of alcohol. The incident occurred Oct. 18 in a vehicle in an alley near Hancock Street, according to court documents.
