Man sentenced for sex crime
A Fostoria man was sentenced to 11 months in prison this week after pleading guilty to unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
Anthony I. Batz, 24, was sentenced to the prison by Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Michael Kelbley Tuesday, according to court documents.
Batz had pleaded guilty to the fourth-degree felony charge last month.
He was arrested in June after having sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl.
