Man makes plea in heroin case
A Tiffin man is awaiting sentencing after he pleaded guilty to two counts
of trafficking in heroin this week.
Robert J. Allison, 63, appeared in court Monday, where he pleaded guilty to the fifth-degree felony charges, according to court documents.
Allison was arrested in November during a traffic stop on North SR 53. The Seneca County Drug Task Force METRICH Enforcement Unit had conducted an investigation that led to Allison’s arrest.
A pre-sentence investigation has been ordered, according to court documents.
