• Gabriel A. Stahl, 37, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to yield right-of-way Friday.

• A 100-block Circular Street resident reported Monday afternoon a drill had gone missing from the residence.

• A man reported Monday evening two boys fishing in the 300 block of Water Street threw a catfish against his trailer.

• A person at U.S. Petro, 260 S. Washington St., reported a shoplifter Monday night.

• Kristina J. Allison, 34, of Tiffin, was charged with domestic violence Monday night.

• A 100-block Ann Street woman reported Tuesday afternoon her trash tote was stolen.

County reports

• Michael J. Andricks, 49, of Fostoria, was charged with a Financial Responsibility Act suspension and speed Friday.

• Amaleah F. Bradley, 38, of Tiffin, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substances Friday.

Tiffin accidents

• Jodi E. Gaietto, 49, of Tiffin, was cited with improper lane change after an accident on West Market Street Monday afternoon.

• Anna F. Winger, 18, of Tiffin, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident at Center and West Market streets Tuesday afternoon.

State Patrol

• Thomas L. Musgrave, 56, of Carey, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to control Friday.

Fostoria accident

• A citation of failure to control was issued after a two-vehicle, non-injury accident on Leonard Street Monday evening.

Fire

• Attica-Venice-Reed fire, Attica-Venice-Reed EMS and the Echo unit responded to a farm tractor on fire in a field at SR 4 and SR 162 Monday evening.

• Bascom fire and EMS and the Echo unit responded to an electrical fire at 12400 W. Axline St. Tuesday morning. Nothing was found.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had three squad runs Monday evening, one squad run Monday night, two squad runs early Tuesday morning and four squad runs Tuesday morning. Clinton fire assisted Monday evening and Tuesday morning.

• North Central EMS and Green Springs fire had one squad run Monday night and one squad run early Tuesday morning.

• Bascom EMS and fire and the Echo unit had one squad run Tuesday morning and one squad run Tuesday afternoon.
