Tiffin reports

• A person reported Friday afternoon a woman was assaulted in the 300 block of Hall Street.

• A person reported Saturday morning the theft of a projection light decoration from the 400 block of Hedges Street.

• A man in the first block of Riverside Drive reported Saturday morning a check was stolen from his vehicle.

Fostoria reports

• A person in the 400 block of West North Street reported Friday afternoon property damage.

• An 800-block South Main Street man reported Friday evening his car was entered and a wallet was taken.

• A 700-block West North Street woman reported Friday evening her vehicle was shot by a BB gun Monday.

• A person from Mennel Milling, 425 S. Countyline St., reported Saturday morning the theft of propane tanks.

• A 900-block North Vine Street woman reported damage to her vehicle Saturday afternoon.

• A 200-block East Crocker Street woman reported Saturday afternoon all four tires on her vehicle were slashed.

Tiffin accident

• Destiny K. Young, 18, of Carey, was cited with failure to control after an accident on Sycamore Street Saturday morning.

Fostoria accidents

• A non-injury accident was reported on South Main Street Friday afternoon.

• Jeffrey A. Sander, 63, of Risingsun, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident on North Countyline Street Dec. 9.

• A citation was issued after an accident on Elmhurst Drive Saturday morning.

Fire

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to a smoke detector activation at 154 S. Washington St. Friday evening. There was no fire, and it was unintentional.

• Republic fire and EMS and the Echo unit responded to an engine fire at a CSX train crossing on SR 19 early Saturday morning.

• Bascom EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Saturday morning.

EMS

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had two squad runs Friday afternoon, eight squad runs Friday evening, one squad run Friday night, one squad run early Saturday morning and one squad run Saturday morning. Clinton fire assisted Friday evening.

• North Central EMS, Green Springs fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Friday night.
