• Troy S. Carter, 50, of Tiffin, was charged with resist arrest and disorderly conduct Monday.

• Neil V. Morgan, 34, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to control/weaving Monday.

• Ryan J. Johnson, 43, of Fostoria, was charged with assault Monday.

• Joel Souza, 29, of Port Clinton, was charged with driving under suspension Monday.

• A 400-block South Sandusky Street resident reported identity theft Monday afternoon.

• A person in the first block of Crayon Street reported Monday afternoon a child threw a screwdriver and kicked a woman.

• A person in the first block of Main Street reported Tuesday morning items were stolen from a van.

• Two assaults were reported at Tiffin Middle School, 103 Shepherd Drive, Tuesday morning.

• Corey A. Iliff, 40, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct Monday.

• Shawna R. Radcliff, 26, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Monday.

• David J. Weiker, 58, of Fostoria, was charged with hunting without permission Monday.

• A theft was reported in the 6000 block of East TR 8 Monday evening.

• A personal emergency alarm was received from the 4000 block of West TR 112 Monday night.

• A 12000-block East CR 12 man reported Tuesday morning someone broke into his house.

• Kristin A. Lamb, 46, of Fostoria, was charged with driving under suspension, no operator’s license and failure to reinstate Monday.

• Timothy M. Roelle, 37, of Fostoria, was charged with driving under suspension and failure to reinstate Monday.

• Juan Trevino, 60, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct Monday.

• Christina M. Chapman, 33, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct Monday.

• Gabriel Galan, 20, of Fostoria, was charged with an operating a vehicle while intoxicated suspension Monday.

• Claire L. May, 21, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct Monday.

• A 600-block Westhaven Drive woman reported Monday evening contractors were stealing water from her residence.

• A 300-block West North Street woman reported Monday evening her son attacked everyone in the family.

• An employee of Marathon, 202 N. Countyline St., reported a money scam Monday evening.

• A man reported Monday night he was at a Maple Street residence, and his bag was lost or stolen.

• A 200-block McLean Street woman reported a scam Tuesday morning.

Tiffin accident

• Wanda J. Edgington, 52, of Sycamore, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident on West Market Street Monday evening.

State Patrol

• Dustin P. Gilbert, 34, of Defiance, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to control Monday.

• Dawn L. Breitigam, 41, of Fostoria, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and a registration violation Monday.

• Jade D. Wilson, 33, of Fostoria, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a tag/sticker violation, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana Monday.

• A single-vehicle injury accident was reported at SR 12 and SR 635 Monday afternoon.

EMS

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had three squad runs Monday evening, two squad runs Monday night and three squad runs Tuesday morning. Sycamore fire assisted Monday evening.

• Bascom EMS, Kansas fire and the Echo unit responded to a single-vehicle injury accident at SR 12 and SR 635 Monday afternoon. A person was taken to Mercy Health – Tiffin Hospital.

• Republic EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Monday night.

• North Central EMS and Green Springs fire had a squad run Tuesday morning.
