• A 700-block West Market Street person reported a stolen purse Wednesday afternoon.

• A 400-block South Washington Street woman reported someone test drove her vehicle and won’t return it Wednesday afternoon.

• Holly M. Runyon, 33, of Bloomville, was charged with persistent disorderly conduct Tuesday.

• Chandler J. Houghtlen, 21, of Bellevue, was charged with assault and menacing Tuesday.

• Coty A. Czaja, 32, of Bellevue, was charged with drug abuse instruments Tuesday.

• Connor M. Grant, 39, of Flat Rock, was charged with disorderly conduct Tuesday.

• Thomas M. Flechtner, 31, of Fostoria, was charged with domestic violence Tuesday.

• Norfolk Southern Railroad, of Bellevue, was charged with blocked railroad crossing Tuesday.

• A 2000-block South CR 19 person reported a domestic incident Wednesday morning.

• A 1000-block South TR 159 man reported the theft of signs Wednesday morning.

• A 300-block South CR 17 woman reported a man stopped at her house, had an argument with her grandson, assaulted her grandson and then left Wednesday afternoon.

• A 200-block Monroe Street man reported the theft of wood from a wood pile Wednesday afternoon.

• Kristin A. Lamb, 46, of Fostoria, was charged with a Financial Responsibility Act suspension, driving under suspension and failure to reinstate Tuesday.

• Clyde E. Miller, 72, of Fostoria, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and slow speed Tuesday.

• Olivia A. Hammer, 27, of Fostoria, was charged with a Financial Responsibility Act suspension Tuesday.

• Felishia C. Whetson, 28, of Fostoria, was charged with impound and disposal violation Tuesday.

• Jason E. Davis, 47, of Fostoria, was charged with domestic violence Tuesday.

• Charles C. Clabaugh, 38, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct Tuesday.

• Eric J. Sorrell, 33, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct Tuesday.

• An employee of Tri-County Dental Center, 521 Summit St., reported a stolen bike Tuesday afternoon.

• A 500-block Sandusky Street woman reported Wednesday morning her license plates were stolen from her van.

• A 700-block Park Avenue man reported Wednesday morning someone tried to break into his car and smashed in the right rear side of his vehicle.

Tiffin accidents

• Jaden D. Hammond, 17, of Fremont, was cited with assured clear distance ahead and juvenile traffic offender after an accident on North Sandusky Street Wednesday afternoon.

• A citation of improper start was issued after a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at Wentz and West Market Streets Wednesday afternoon.

County accidents

• Brooke S. Dixon, 16, of Tiffin, was cited with assured clear distance ahead and leaving the scene after an accident at South SR 100 and East TR 201 Aug. 28.

• A citation of failure to yield and failure to stop at stop sign was issued after a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at West SR 18 and West CR 26 Tuesday evening.

• A three-vehicle accident was reported at West US 224 and South SR 53 Wednesday morning.

State Patrol

• Cody J. Dull, 29, of Tiffin, was charged with driving under suspension and assured clear distance ahead Tuesday.

• Jeremy A. Viruet, 25, of Fostoria, was charged with a Financial Responsibility Act suspension and possession of marijuana Tuesday.

• Jared A. Kaiser, 19, of Mansfield, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana Tuesday.

Fire

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to an alarm system that sounded due to malfunction at 310 E. Market St. Tuesday afternoon.

EMS

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had three squad runs Tuesday afternoon, four squad runs Tuesday evening, one squad run Tuesday night and one squad run Wednesday afternoon. Clinton fire assisted twice Tuesday evening and once Wednesday afternoon.

• Bascom EMS, Bettsville fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Tuesday afternoon.

• Bascom EMS and fire had one squad run Tuesday afternoon and one squad run Wednesday afternoon.

• Attica-Venice-Reed EMS, Attica-Venice-Reed fire and the Echo unit had one squad run Tuesday evening and one squad run Wednesday morning.

• Attica-Venice-Reed EMS, Attica-Venice-Reed fire and the Echo unit responded to a single-vehicle rollover accident at SR 4 and CR 58 Tuesday night. There was no transport.

• Bascom EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Wednesday morning.

• North Central EMS had a squad run Wednesday afternoon.

• Bascom EMS, Kansas fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Wednesday afternoon.
