Tiffin reports

• Thie W. Runion, 37, of Tiffin, was charged with resisting arrest Friday.

• Brianna M. Webb-Kamelesky, 19, of Sycamore, was charged with theft Friday.

• A first-block Main Street woman reported damage to fence posts at the rear of her property Saturday afternoon.

• A first-block Elmer Street woman reported Saturday evening the theft of medication around the beginning of July when she was moving.

• A 100-block East Market Street man reported the theft of two fishing poles Saturday evening.

• Joshua S. Eastmann, 38, of Tiffin, was charged with marijuana possession and disorderly conduct Sunday.

County reports

• A 2000-block West CR 26 woman reported someone broke into her garage and stole her purse out of her vehicle Saturday afternoon.

• Several vehicles were reported to have been entered in the 1000 block of North TR 21 early Sunday morning.

• A 1000-block North Main Street woman reported her car was gone through and change was missing Sunday morning.

Fostoria report

• A 1000-block North Union Street woman reported a woman arrived at her residence and reported an altercation with a man Saturday evening.

Tiffin accident

• A citation of assured clear distance ahead was issued after a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at North Sandusky and Hall streets Saturday afternoon.

County accident

• A citation of failure to control and no operator’s license was issued after a single-vehicle, non-injury accident on North TR 82 Saturday afternoon. A 14-year old girl was driving, according to a Seneca County Sheriff’s Office report.

Fostoria accident

• A citation of assured clear distance ahead was issued after an accident at South Poplar and East Lytle streets Saturday night.

Fire

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division and Clinton fire responded to a grass fire at 1135 N. SR 53 Saturday evening.

• Sycamore fire and EMS and Seneca County Sheriff’s Office responded to a barn fire at 3767 E. CR 16. It was a bonfire, according to a Seneca County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman.

• Attica-Venice-Reed fire, Attica-Venice-Reed EMS and Republic fire responded to an uncontrolled burn at 11734 E. TR 124 Sunday afternoon.

EMS

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had one squad run Saturday afternoon, two squad runs Saturday night, one squad run early Sunday morning and one squad run Sunday afternoon. Clinton fire assisted Saturday night and Sunday afternoon.

• Bascom EMS and fire and the Echo unit had one squad run Saturday night and one squad run Sunday morning.

• Bettsville EMS and fire had a squad run Saturday night.

• Republic EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run early Sunday morning.

• North Central EMS had a squad run Sunday afternoon.

• A daughter, Harper Ann Work, was born Thursday, Aug. 2, 2018, to Allyson and Matthew Work of Tiffin. Harper weighed 8 pounds, and measured 19 inches long. Maternal grandparents are Marcia and Tom Autullo of Tiffin. Paternal grandparents are Joyce and Jeff Work of Tiffin.

• A daughter, Annavaeh Mae Smith, was born Thursday, Aug. 2, 2018, to Autumn Taylor and Shane Smith of Tiffin. Annavaeh weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces, and measured 19 inches long. Maternal grandparents are Richard and Jody Taylor of Tiffin. Paternal grandparents are Jim Smith and Anna Reiter of Tiffin.
