• A 100-block Taft Boulevard woman reported Monday afternoon a child threw glass in her swimming pool.

• A woman reported Monday evening she was assaulted at North Caples and East Fremont streets.

• A 1000-block South Main Street man reported Tuesday morning someone broke out a window of his van.

• A person reported Tuesday afternoon damage to a fence in the 300 block of Elm Street.

• A 400-block Ash Street resident reported stolen property Tuesday night.

• A 300-block East North Street man reported Wednesday morning some youths broke into his vehicle, and some items were taken.

• Pamela S. Dunn, 58, of Tiffin, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident on West Perry Street Tuesday morning.

County accidents

• A single-vehicle accident was reported on North Broadway Street Tuesday afternoon.

• An accident was reported on South Perry Street Wednesday morning.

State Patrol

• Carrie M. Lynch, 36, Fostoria, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, failure to control, resisting arrest and child endangerment Monday.

Fostoria accident

• A citation was issued after an accident at North Countyline and Thomas streets Monday evening.

Fire

• NBS fire and EMS responded to a vehicle on fire at 5894 S. TR 25 Monday evening.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to a hazardous materials release investigation at 33 E. Market St. Monday night. There was no hazardous materials.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to a smoke detector activation at 600 N. River Road early Tuesday morning. There was no fire, and it was unintentional.

• NBS fire and EMS responded to an uncontrolled burn at 6375 W. CR 6 Tuesday afternoon.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to a fire alarm at 194 Heritage Drive Tuesday night.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to a car fire at 639 W. Market St. Wednesday afternoon.

EMS

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had one squad run Monday afternoon, one squad run Monday evening, three squad runs Monday night, two squad runs Tuesday morning, one squad run Tuesday afternoon, one squad run Tuesday night, two squad runs early Wednesday morning and one squad run Wednesday morning. Clinton fire assisted Monday evening.

• North Central EMS and Old Fort fire had a squad run Monday night.

• North Central EMS had one squad run Monday night and one squad run Tuesday afternoon.

• Bascom EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Tuesday night.
