Shayna E. Alloway, 22, of Green Springs, was charged with theft July 21.

Marisa A. Bigley, 23, of Tiffin, was charged with drugs-abuse instruments Aug. 2.

Blaze A. Hoffman, 19, of Carey, was charged with drugs-marijuana paraphernalia Aug. 9.

A person reported Thursday evening damage to a vehicle in the 200 block of South Washington Street.

A 300-block Wentz Street woman reported Thursday evening her computer had been taken.

A youth was charged with juvenile-delinquent, drugs-marijuana paraphernalia and a curfew violation early Friday morning.

A first-block Kensington Avenue woman reported Friday morning neighbor children used spray paint and put handprints on her sidewalk.

County reports

A first-block North High Street woman reported theft Thursday evening.

Children in the 400 block of North Broadway Street reported Friday afternoon someone chased them in a wooded area.

Fostoria reports

A man reported Thursday evening he was jumped by a group of people in the 200 block of East Tiffin Street.

A woman reported Thursday night she was assaulted by a man in the 1000 block of North Countyline Street. The victim was taken to ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital. The suspect fled the scene, and it was under investigation, according to a report.

A person from Circle K, 1245 N. Countyline St., reported Thursday night a gasoline drive-off of $43.01.

A 700-block Cherry Street woman reported Thursday night she had medication stolen.

A report was received from Seneca County Department of Job and Family Services Friday morning about a child born with narcotics in his or her system. It was under investigation.

A man reported Friday afternoon his wallet was stolen from Smoke House, 107 N. Main St.

A 600-block Spruce Street man reported Friday afternoon children were tearing up his garden.

Tiffin accident

Ted J. Demars, 46, of Tiffin, was cited with a stop sign violation after an accident on Greenfield Street Wednesday afternoon.

State Patrol accident

A two-vehicle, non-injury accident was reported at West SR 18 and North TR 109 Friday morning.

Fostoria accidents

Mary E. Stahl, 67, of Risingsun, was cited with failure to yield right-of-way after an accident on West Fremont Street Aug. 7.

Hazel G. Coppler-Rowles, 86, of Fostoria, was taken by Fostoria Fire Division to ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital after an accident at West Culbertson and North Union streets Aug. 8. Jason A. Reinhart, 2, of Fostoria, a passenger in a vehicle driven by Stacy L. Stuller, 40, of Bradner, also was taken to the hospital.

Mary E. Shuck, 16, of Upper Sandusky, was cited with failure to yield after an accident at North Countyline Street and Plaza Drive Aug.10.

Ronald A. Unverferth, 59, of Port Clinton, was cited with failure to yield right-of-way left turn after an accident at Findlay and Lytle streets Tuesday afternoon.

Donald G. Correll, 65, of Fostoria, was cited with operation without reasonable control after an accident on North Countyline Street Tuesday afternoon.
