A Frost Parkway woman requested to speak to an officer Sunday night in reference to sexual abuse. Sgt. LaVerne Keefe of the Tiffin Police Department said the report, which is a delayed report, is under investigation.
A man and woman were given summons to appear in court on disorderly conduct charges early Monday morning after a fight was reported in the first-block of North Monroe Street.
A 200-block Charlotte Street man reported Monday afternoon a TV antenna was stolen from his property.

Gibson, 19, of Fostoria, were charged with obstruction early Monday morning after a man reported a vehicle was behind a vacant barn in the 1000 block of East CR 36. Deputies requested a thermal imager from Tiffin Police Department to check the inside of the barn, but were unable to locate anyone inside. Two people later went back to the property. A vehicle was towed, and the owner of the property said he did not want to pursue charges.
A 2000-block South SR 4 man reported early Monday morning that an hour earlier, someone hit him in the back of the head and punched him in the face after he went outside to check on barking dogs. The man, who said he did not need medical attention, did not see the assailant or whether they left on foot or in a vehicle.
A 7000-block South TR 61 man reported Monday afternoon his neighbor had been threatening him.
