A caller from Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18, reported Monday afternoon a man and woman pushed a cart full of unpurchased items out of the store. According to the report, the items were recovered, but the man and woman left the store.
Donald R. Henney, 29, of Bellevue, was charged with possession of a control substance Friday.
A 7000-block North TR 82 woman reported Sunday night medication had been stolen. A man was arrested, according to the report.

A 600-block North Main Street man reported Sunday afternoon his vehicle was stolen. The man said he had left it running in front of the location. According to the report, the vehicle was found at Pelton’s Trailer Park. A juvenile was arrested.
