A person in the first block of East Market Street advised Saturday evening finding glass and a jar in the snow in an alley, and the jar appeared to have suspected blood on it.
A 100-block Hudson Street man reported Saturday evening someone left a baby doll that appeared to be cut into pieces inside his door.
Kyle M. Baker, 19, of Tiffin, was charged with drugs-possession/abuse and drugs-marijuana paraphernalia Saturday evening.
Bradley A. Neff, 19, of Tiffin, was charged with drugs-marijuana paraphernalia, drugs-possession/abuse and obstructing official business Saturday evening.
Jack A. Hannum, 22, of Tiffin, was charged with drugs-paraphernalia and disorderly conduct early Sunday morning.
A woman went to the station early Sunday morning and advised she took several pills.
A 1000-block South CR 13 woman went to the station Saturday night to file a theft report and advised a friend of her son’s grabbed an iPad Mini and ran out of the house.
An employee of Kroger, 126 W. High St., reported Saturday afternoon a customer was requesting an officer due to another customer who smacked her daughter in the face.
A 300-block North Countyline Street woman went to the station Saturday evening and requested to speak to an officer about a man sending texts to her son. It was under investigation.
A 100-block East Sixth Street man reported Saturday night a person shot a dog due to them eating his chickens. The dog was released to the owner, and an investigation was pending.

Joanne E. Valenti, 85, of Fostoria, was cited with driver yield right-of-way with entering the roadway after an accident on Elm Street Feb. 10.
Josefa D. Gonzales, 86, of Fostoria, was cited with failure to yield right-of-way after an accident at North Countyline and Summit streets Thursday afternoon. He was taken by Fostoria Fire Division to ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital.
Bascom firefighters were called to a possible nuisance burn at 1409 S. TR 1117 Saturday evening. It was a person burning coal.
Green Springs firefighters were called to a sprinkler system activation at 8050 E. CR 62 Saturday evening.
Clinton firefighters and Tiffin Fire Rescue Division were called to a fire alarm at Autumnwood Care Center Saturday night. Firefighters returned to the facility for a fire alarm early Sunday morning.
