A caller reported early Saturday morning people were smoking marijuana in the first block of North Washington Street.
Police responded to the 2900 block of West SR 18 early Saturday morning for an ATM door alarm. According to the report, there were no footprints in the snow around the ATM, and no damage to the door.
A first-block West Market Street caller reported Saturday afternoon someone stole a money order from her house.
Darcie Melching, 20, of Tiffin, was charged Saturday with operating a vehicle while under the influence and an improper left turn.
A man was arrested Friday evening after police responded to an incident at West CR 6 and East TR 58.
According to the report, a male subject was reportedly shooting a firearm from a motor vehicle. Additional details were not available Saturday evening.

A nurse from the emergency room at Fostoria Community Hospital, 501 Van Buren, reported Friday evening treating a 16-year-old assault victim. According to a spokesperson from the Fostoria Police Station, the injuries were minor and resulted from a horseplay incident at Fostoria High School.

A daughter, Elsyann Bernice Collene, was born Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2013, to Michelle and Shawn Collene of Tiffin. Elsyann weighed five pounds, 13 ounces and measured 17 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Irene and Michael Burd of Tiffin. Paternal grandparents are Joni and Michael Collene of Upper Sandusky and Karen and Vern Irwin of Thornton. Paternal great-grandparents are Charles Collene and Mary and Donald Moorman, all of Bucyrus.
