Tiffin reports

A 100-block Gross Street man reported Sunday night someone had just thrown an egg at his window. Police were unable to locate anyone in the area.

County reports

Jonathan E. Guhn, 35, of Flat Rock, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct for an incident Dec. 22.

A 6000-block North TR 81 woman reported Monday morning she found a bullet hole on her garage.

A bad check was reported Monday morning in the 100 block of South Washington Street.

A caller reported Monday afternoon two small children were running around outside without any clothes in the 500 block of East SR 18. The parents were located by deputies, according to the report.

Fostoria reports

Keith D. Thomas Jr., 20, of Fostoria, was charged with having weapons under disability, tampering with evidence and receiving stolen property Saturday.

A 500-block North Union Street woman reported Sunday afternoon someone attempted to break into her home. According to the report, it appeared someone had tried to pry open a door.

A caller reported Sunday afternoon two juveniles threw a rock at a vehicle belonging to Frankart Electric, 434 E. North St.

A man reported Sunday night someone ransacked his van. Nothing was taken.

A 600-block South Main Street woman reported early Monday morning her 21-year-old son was pushing her down.

An 800-block West Center Street man reported early Monday morning he caught a man trying to break into his vehicle. The man fled down Center Street toward the reservoirs.

A 400-block North Town Street man reported early Monday morning his wife struck him in the head with a lantern and he was bleeding. The man said he did not need an ambulance.

A caller from ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital reported Monday afternoon an assault occurred last week. A person involved refused to answer a police officer’s questions, according to the report.


Tiffin firefighters were called to 119 Main St. Sunday afternoon for an unauthorized burn.


Tiffin EMS had two squad runs Sunday afternoon and two squad runs early Monday morning.

Bascom fire and EMS and the Echo unit had a squad run Sunday evening.
