A first-block Schonhardt Street person reported Thursday afternoon a delivered package had been stolen.
Roger J. Arnett, 31, of Tiffin, was charged with hit-skip Thursday night. A caller had reported a one-vehicle accident Thursday night in the area of North Washington Street and Eighth Avenue. No one was around the vehicle, the caller said.
Brianna E. Stagnolia, 19, of Tiffin, was charged with possession of marijuana paraphernalia Thursday night.

Mary Jane Robinson, 46, of Tiffin, was cited with failure to yield right of way at an intersection following an accident Thursday afternoon at Hall and North Sandusky streets. No transports were made from the scene.
