A caller reported Wednesday night college students were running around the area of Clay and Wentz streets with air soft pistols. Police were unable to locate anyone with air soft pistols in the area.
A caller reported Thursday afternoon a windshield on a vehicle in the 100 block of Apple Street was smashed. No entry had been made to the vehicle.

Gerald L. Bicknell, 54, of Fostoria, was charged with failure to register as a sex offender Tuesday.

A caller reported early Thursday morning several mailboxes and paper tubes had been knocked off their poles or damaged in the area of West CR 26 and West SR 18.
A 1000-block East TR 58 man reported a possible fraudulent charge on an account Thursday afternoon.
A 700-block West Tiffin Street woman reported a phone scam Wednesday afternoon.
A caller reported Wednesday evening a woman was in the middle of the street in the area of East Lytle and South Main streets. She was making obscene gestures to drivers. The woman’s son picked up the woman at the police department, according to the report.
A woman went to the station Thursday morning to report a juvenile struck her son while he was walking.
A 500-block Miller Avenue woman reported Thursday morning she pushed her sister during an altercation and also knocked down her mom. The sister later went to the station where she spoke to an officer about possibly filing charges.
