Tiffin reports

Seth A. Carter, 26, of Tiffin, was charged with breaking and entering Monday.

A 600-block West Market Street caller reported Monday evening money was withdrawn from an account.

A 100-block Hall Street woman reported early Tuesday morning her vehicle was entered overnight. A debit card was taken.

A first-block Franklin Street man reported Tuesday morning the rear license plate was stolen off of his vehicle overnight.

County reports

Codey M. Bailes, 24, of Bloomville, was charged with intoxication with a weapon and jacklighting Sunday.

Dylan J. Warnick, 23, of Sycamore, was charged with open container Sunday.

Arthur T. Panarelli, 21, of Tiffin, was charged with jacklighting and possession of paraphernalia Sunday.

Scott T. Stover, 30, of McCutchenville, was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespass Monday.

A break-in was reported Monday evening in the first block of North Marion Street.

A 3000-block East CR 36 caller reported property damage to a neighbor’s house Monday night. The damage came from a controlled burn.

A man at CROSSWAEH, 3055 S. SR 100, reported Tuesday morning he was assaulted by two other people. According to the report, the victim did not want to cooperate with deputies.

A person went to the station Tuesday afternoon to speak to a deputy about identity theft.

Fostoria reports

A caller from Clark Oil, 600 N. Countyline St., reported Monday afternoon someone attempted to use a credit card that did not belong to them.

A man was arrested Monday afternoon after a man called 911 to report he was at an 800 block North Main Street residence to get his articles. A man was heard in the background of the call stating he had been assaulted.

A small amount of green, leafy vegetation was confiscated after a man called 911 Monday afternoon to report a woman was off the hook again. Two people also were cited for disorderly conduct, according to the report.

A 400-block West Jackson Street woman reported early Tuesday morning she was receiving inappropriate pictures via text message from an unknown man.

A woman reported Tuesday morning someone took wood and the bedliner out of her truck while it was parked in the 300 block of Court Place.

A woman went to the station Tuesday afternoon to report someone used her debit card.

State Patrol

Jeromie W. Heter, 37, of Fremont, was charged with driving under suspension, failure to control and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle Thursday.

Gregory L. Finley, 57, of Alvada, was cited with failure to control and operating a vehicle while intoxicated Thursday.


Fostoria firefighters were called to 1521 N. Countyline St. Sunday evening for a power line down.

Clinton firefighters were called to a controlled burn Monday evening on CR 36.

Tiffin firefighters were called to 349 Miami St. early Tuesday morning for an unintentional smoke detector activation.
