A 100-block Nelson Street woman reported Tuesday afternoon her vehicle was broken into overnight.
A man reported Tuesday evening paint was stolen from a job site in the first block of Sycamore Street.
A caller reported Tuesday evening a man was chasing another man in the 300 block of West Market Street. A caller from Little Caesar’s, 318 1/2 W. Market St., also called police to report the man who was being chased went back to the store and wanted a free pizza. The man said the other man took his pizza because he owed him $40.
A caller in the 2400 block of West Market Street reported Wednesday morning the gas tank on a vehicle was drilled out overnight and gas was taken.
A 300-block North Washington Street man reported Wednesday morning he found a backpack containing a saw, a GPS, a grinder and food in his backyard.
A woman went to the station Wednesday afternoon to report a car charger was taken from her purse Tuesday.
Philip G. Vivino, 42, of Tiffin, was charged with telephone harassment Monday.
Courtney B. Switzer, 28, of Fostoria, was charged with dog-at-large for an incident Aug. 24.

A caller reported Tuesday afternoon a 2-year-old boy was stuck between a screen door and a regular door in the 300 block of East Fremont Street. It appeared as if he had been locked out of the house. Charges are pending, according to the report.
A 1300-block North Union Street man reported Tuesday night neighborhood youth were in his backyard playing on a swing set. They left juice boxes behind and tore up the backyard, he said.
