Ryan E. Groot, 29, of Fremont, was charged with disorderly conduct Wednesday afternoon.
A person reported Wednesday evening they had been jumped in the area of Hopewell Avenue and Fair Lane earlier in the day.
A100-block Melmore Street woman reported vandalism to her vehicle Thursday morning.
A 1000-block Woodland Avenue woman reported Wednesday evening she received a phone call from someone stating she had a warrant out for her arrest and they would arrest her in five hours. She said the caller wasn’t forthcoming and was rude.
A 911 caller reported Wednesday evening someone had threatened to shoot him. A deputy spoke with another man on the phone, who provided a different story than the original caller.
A woman went to the station Wednesday evening to report fraud on her debit card.
A Fostoria police officer advised the sheriff’s office early Thursday morning that a woman found her grandmother’s stolen property at a trailer in the 12000 block of West Axline Street while she was visiting. Items found included jewelry, cosmetics and a credit card. The woman said she also was receiving harassing phone calls from the people who stole the items.
A 1000-block West CR 54 man reported Thursday morning a woman who was staying at his residence stole items.
A person went to the station Thursday morning to report checks and cash were stolen from a wedding reception held in the first block of South Marion Street.
A man went to the station Thursday afternoon to report fraudulent charges on his debit card.
Tiffany Shaull, 25, of Fostoria, was charged with endangering children, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana Tuesday.
A caller from Davis Newcomer, 420 Columbus Ave., reported Wednesday afternoon someone broke into the building. Several artifacts belonging to the Rail Preservation Society were taken, according to the report. An investigation is pending.
A woman in the area of Perrysburg Road and North Countyline Street reported Thursday afternoon money was taken from her purse.
A woman reported Thursday afternoon renters who moved out of a residence in the 700 block of Glenwood Avenue stole two couches.
A break-in was reported Thursday afternoon at an apartment in the 100 block of West Tiffin Street. Nothing appeared to have been taken.
