Four 16-year-old girls from Tiffin, three 16-year-old boys from Tiffin and three 17-year-old girls from Tiffin were charged with underage possession/consumption and juvenile delinquency early Tuesday morning.
Tonya M. Currier, 26, of Tiffin, was charged with inducing panic Tuesday.
A 100-block Circular Street man reported Tuesday night he woke up to people throwing fireworks at his apartment. Police were unable to locate anyone who had been throwing fireworks.

A first-block Dallas Street man reported Wednesday morning his truck had been vandalized overnight.
A person went to the station Wednesday afternoon to report the theft of medication.

A 1000-block South SR 53 woman reported Tuesday night her child support card was being used illegally.
An 11000-block West SR 18 man reported early Wednesday morning a break-in had occurred at his apartment.
A man reported early Wednesday morning two vehicles were vandalized in the 4000 block of West TR 98.
A first-block East SR 18 woman reported Wednesday morning mustard had been put on her vehicle.
Rosanne M. Garcia, 43, of Fostoria, was charged with credit misuse for an incident April 13.
Two juveniles were arrested early Wednesday morning in the 300 block of East Center Street. The report indicates they were violating curfew. Two other juveniles also were arrested in the 200 block of West Center Street early Wednesday morning.
A 400-block West Lytle Street man reported Wednesday morning his house had been broken into, and a TV and other items were taken.
