A first-block Ash Street man requested to speak to an officer Thursday afternoon about someone taking a picture of him and sending it to a young juvenile.
A caller from Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18, reported Thursday evening a TV had been stolen an hour earlier.
A shoplifting incident was reported Thursday night at Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18. A stolen item was found during a search of a vehicle, according to the report. Nicholas P. Taylor, 31, of Attica, was charged with theft.
A 100-block Jackson Street man reported Thursday night that while he was in a random chat room online, he received a pornographic video which had what appeared to be a minor involved in sexual act. The criminal division was contacted, but there was no way to identify the other party involved, Tiffin Police Chief Fred Stevens said.
A caller from Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18, reported early Friday morning someone took a cart full of items from the store. A TV or two computers had been taken, the report states. A Seneca County Sheriff’s deputy stopped a vehicle at US 224 and US 23 and arrested the driver for driving under suspension. Justin M. Vaughn, 22, of Bloomville, also was charged with theft.
Gary R. Moore, 26, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Friday morning.
