John F. Sharkey Jr., 28, of Tiffin, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, driving under suspension and violating one-way traffic Monday night.
A large fight was reported Tuesday afternoon in the 200 block of South Washington Street. The group then dispersed.
Robert J. P. Armstrong, 21, of Tiffin, was charged with theft Tuesday evening.
An 800-block South Sandusky Street woman reported Tuesday evening her ex-boyfriend attempted to strangle her.
A person went to the station Tuesday evening to report a package was stolen in the 100 block of East Perry Street.
A woman went to the station Wednesday morning to report her cell phone was stolen from a vehicle in the 400 block of Wall Street.
A bad check was reported Tuesday afternoon in the 4000 block of North US 23.
A gasoline drive-off was reported Wednesday morning at Shell Gasoline, 2942 S. SR 100.
A possible sex violation was reported Wednesday morning in the 7000 block of West TR 132. Detective Kevin Reinbolt of the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office said the incident is under investigation.
A 100-block West High Street person reported a phone scam Tuesday evening.
A juvenile was arrested Wednesday afternoon at Fostoria High School, 1001 Park Ave. Reports indicate the juvenile was charged with disorderly conduct.
A pick-up truck struck several mailboxes and a pole early Wednesday morning in the 600 block of North Sandusky Street. A man was arrested, according to the report.
Eric D. Smith, 34, of Tiffin, was charged with obstruction for an incident Feb. 10. He also was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to control.
