About 100 people heard Murillo's remarks about "Regional Labor Market Conditions." He presented a flurry of bar graphs, "spaghetti charts" and statistics, but his message was simple. In this area, growth has been more sluggish than the national economy, and it is expected to remain that way over the next few years.
