Apparel biz wins Laird contest | Advertiser-Tribune Seven business groups gave presentations to win space at the Laird Building in Downtown Tiffin Wednesday night, giving owners of one local business a chance to live their dream. Tiffin Community Reinvestment Group designed a business contest with one year of free rent to the competitors with the best business plan. Zoe Dolch and Spencer Blackiston of the start-up business Seneca Ltd. won. "We are really excited," Dolch said. "We are very thankful for the opportunity this contest has given us and the start of our future.
