UPS honors employee from Tiffin for more than quarter century of accident-free driving | Advertiser-Tribune A Tiffin man recently was inducted into UPS' Circle of Honor for 25 years of accident-free driving. Thomas Heck, who has been working for UPS for 30 years, was inducted into the Circle of Honor last month, he said. According to a release from UPS, Heck was one of 63 UPS drivers from Ohio who recently joined the circle. Worldwide, there are 8,703 UPS drivers in the Circle of Honor. The release states that those inducted have achieved 25 years or more of accident-free driving. "It's a great honor," Heck said. "For myself, it took a total of 30 years to get there.
