Young Chiropractic adds doctor

Melody Heydinger now is available for chiropractic appointments at Young Chiropractic.

A native of New Washington, Heydinger graduated from Buckeye Central High School in 1995 and graduated with honors from Life University in Marietta, Ga., in 2000.

After graduating, she moved to Las Vegas and started her chiropractic career working at a chiropractic office for more than two years. She then opened Serenity Spinal Care in 2003 and specialized in family chiropractic as well as personal injury, pediatrics and scoliosis care for the past 10 years.

Heydinger received a fellowship through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and can help pregnant woman and children. She also is certified for soft flexible bracing of scoliosis patients using the SpineCor Brace. The brace can be worn under clothing and has proven to be effective in the correction of scoliosis in children and improving posture and reducing pain in adults.
