Katelynd Reid and Aaron Arbogast exchanged wedding vows at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 10, 2015, at Bascom United Methodist Church in Bascom. The officiant was the Rev. David Culp. A reception followed the ceremony at American Legion in New Riegel.
The bride is the daughter of Ryan and Lorie Reid of Fostoria. The groom is the son of Steve and Yvonne Arbogast of Tiffin.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an ivory, fit-and-flare, lace gown. The bodice had a sweetheart neckline embellished with Swarovski crystals. The design was adorned with lace applique on English net and accented by her great-grandmother’s pearl necklace. She carried a bouquet of orange calla lilies.
Bridesmaids wore floor-length, champagne, chiffon, strapless dresses with criss-cross pleats that accented the bodices. They carried small bouquets with assorted orange calla lilies and Peruvian lilies.
Matron of honor was Terri Dohring of Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina, cousin of the groom. Bridesmaids were Courtney Brickner of Tiffin, friend of the bride; Stephaney Curtin of Dublin, friend of the bride; and Emily Arbogast of Tiffin, sister of the groom. Flower girl was Brooklyn Kelbley, cousin of the groom.
Best men were Andrew Kelbley of McCutchenville, cousin of the groom, and Brett Might of Republic, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Andrew Brickner of Tiffin, Justin Hohman of Tiffin and Joe Distel of Avon Lake, all friends of the groom. Ring bearer was Brock Kelbley, cousin of the groom.
The bride is a 2008 graduate of Arcadia High School and a 2015 graduate of Mercy College, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing.
The groom is a 2009 graduate of Hopewell-Loudon High School and a 2012 graduate of Owens Community College with an associate degree in applied science. He works for Catholic Health Initiatives as an imaging specialist at Mercy Hospital of Lorain.
The couple reside in Huron after returning from their honeymoon in St. Lucia.
