Wild game feed scheduled
Sandusky River Coon Hunters has scheduled its annual wild game feed for 6 p.m. Feb. 22 at the club lodge, 7575 S. TR 131, which features a larger dining area than in past years.
Cost is $12 for adults and $8 for children. No coolers or carry-outs.
Tickets on sale for Blue Grass & Green Acres 2014
Tickets are on sale for Black Swamp Conservancy’s annual Blue Grass & Green Acres event March 21 at the Carranor Club, Perrysburg.
The conservancy is highlighting Americana act Eric Lambert and Friends. Along with music, the night includes live and silent auctions and food.

Coalition seeks sponsors
Sandusky River Watershed Coalition is seeking corporate sponsors to help make its newest fundraising endeavor a success. A Nashville Hitmakers concert, featuring eight Nashville songwriters, is planned for June 28.
The evening is to include original hit songs, stories about the songs and musicianship.
Through the assistance of sponsors, the coalition plans to advertise the event more fully beginning in late April when tickets go on sale.

Landowner liability forum coming to ODNR Saturday
Ohio Department of Natural Resources is partnering with Northwest Ohio Woodland Association to provide a landowner liability program for landowners in northwest Ohio 9:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday.
The free program at ODNR Division of Forestry office, 952 Lima Ave., Findlay, is designed to educate participants about landowner and hunter responsibilities to consider when allowing others to use their property for activities such as hunting.
Speakers are Scott Sharpe, Division of Wildlife officer for Hancock County, and Ken Mauer of the law firm Marshall and Melhorn LLC, Toledo.
Attendees planning to stay for the potluck lunch should provide a side dish to share. RSVP by calling (419) 424-5004.
Northwest Ohio Woodland Association provides educational support and opportunities for woodland owners as well as anyone interested in the conservation and responsible, sustainable use and management of northwest Ohio’s woodland resources.
