ODNR selling ads in hunting,

trapping regulations booklet

COLUMBUS – Advertising space is available in the 2013-14 Ohio hunting and trapping regulations, according to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources.

The ODNR Division of Wildlife oversees the management and regulation of Ohio’s fish and wildlife. More than 850,000 copies of the regulations are provided to hunters and trappers each year as the official source of Ohio’s hunting and trapping dates, laws, regulations and information.

The booklet is to increase by 16 pages this year to accommodate advertisements, sponsors and promotional information. The new 64-page publication includes color advertisements ranging from one-third of a page to a full page, plus an Outdoor Marketplace section.

Advertising space will be awarded through a bid process based on the highest bid from a responsible bidder that meets specific terms, conditions and limitations, ODNR stated.

The deadline to submit sealed bids is March 21. Visit for more information, forms, conditions and limitations.
