Chieftains wrap up unbeaten slate

FREMONT — Hopewell-Loudon capped an unbeaten regular season Thursday with a 78-30 romp past Sandusky Bay Conference River Division foe Fremont St. Joe.

Kaia Woods paced the Chieftains (22-0, 16-0 SBC) with 21 points, seven steals and four assists, and MaKayla Elmore chipped in 20 points, eight rebounds, five steals and three assists.

Olivia Zender backed them with 11 points and three steals, Kenzie Coleman scored nine points, Lennah Fox hauled in nine rebounds and Hope Kreais dished three assists.

Tristan Reineck’s 13 points and three steals topped the Crimson Streaks. Evelyn Wright added 12 points and seven boards.

Stockaders spread the

wealth to beat Raiders

OLD FORT — Jaislynn Woodall and Aly Pence combined for 29 points and three teammates each added eight Thursday as Old Fort downed Lakota 66-46 in Sandusky Bay Conference River Division play.

Woodall tallied 17 points and five rebounds and Pence tossed in 12 points for the Stockaders (12-10, 11-5 SBC).

Kaureena Alridge chipped in eight points and six boards, and Chloe Wilkinson and Jordan Reineck each scored eight points.

The Raiders got 16 points from Alexa Gabel, 12 from Carlie Foos and 10 from Parris Hagemann.

Pirates race past Clyde

CLYDE — Four Perkins players scored in double digits Thursday to fuel a 65-48 Sandusky Bay Conference Lake Division win against Clyde.

Olivia Howard led the Pirates with 18 points, Kelley Baker netted 16, Avery Bing tossed in 13 and Brenna Jenkins ended with 10.

Sid Hohman scored a game-high 22 points for the Fliers and Emily Hammer added eight.
