TC boys 9th, girls 19th at Pioneer Classic

LIMA — Zavier Sherman rolled a 647 series to lead Columbian’s boys to a ninth place showing Monday at the Pioneer Classic at Westgate Entertainment Center. The boys bowled a 3,327, while Coldwater won the boys tournament with a 3,666. Sherman was fifth overall at the tournament.

The TC girls were 19th (2,190) as St. Marys (3,311) won at 20th Century Lanes.

For the TC boys, Will Heineman backed Sherman with a 585, while Michael Ross added a 584, Owen Thomsic rolled a 525 and Cameron Koerper finished with a 328.

In the girls tournament, Columbian’s Danielle Rosenbauer tallied a 509 series. It also got a 440 from Ainsley Sherman, a 333 from Jenna Bonnell, a 283 by Emily Sikora and a 264 from Norah Smith.
