n Lexi Smith scored 18, helping Columbian to a 45-42 win Olivia Hardy added six points for the Tornadoes.

n New Riegel’s Brieanna Norville scored 14 in a 33-31 win of St. Joe. Ella Wank added seven points for the Blue Jackets.

BOYS JV BASKETBALL: Seneca East beat Ridgedale 56-29. Alex King led the victors with 11 points, Cody Heibertshausen tossed in 10 and Graham Gibbs added nine.

n Upper Sandusky beat Bellevue 52-41.

n Calvert defeated Riverdale 43-38. Quin Ronski and Jackson Seislove both scored 10 points for the Senecas.

n Clyde beat Margaretta 56-40.

n Carey beat Colonel Crawford 58-47.

n Mohawk beat Buckeye Central 70-31.

n Jaden Myers scored 17 points, and Columbian beat Kenton 56-44. Jacob Weingart added 12 points for the Tornadoes.

BOYS FRESHMAN BASKETBALL: Margaretta beat Clyde 37-26.

BOYS BASKETBALL: Wynford beat Buckeye Central 53-28 Friday in Northern 10 Athletic Conference play. Josh Crall led Wynford (10-4, 8-2 N10) with 20 points, 10 rebounds and three steals, and Dustin Brady added 10 points and seven boards. The Bucks (2-11, 1-8) got six points from Tyler Rose and five each from Brady Kerschner and Casey Geissman. Kerschner also grabbed seven rebounds and Damian Dean had three assists.
