BOYS JV BASKETBALL: Upper Sandusky beat Seneca East 73-25. Cody Heibertshausen scored 14 points for Seneca East.

GIRLS JV BASKETBALL: Emily Blankenship tallied seven points and three assists and Jillian Stover added five points and three steals to lead Old Fort past Lakota 31-16. The Stockaders ended the year 19-3 overall and 16-0 in Sandusky Bay Conference River Division play.

n Hopewell-Loudon topped Fremont St. Joe 24-21 as Ashley Daniel had seven points for H-L. Megan Kreais added six points and Madison Earl finished with five points.

SOCCER: Tiffin Soccer Club will offer a spring program for middle school students with two divisions: 12U and 14. Prior experience is not necessary. Tentative plans call for one or two training sessions per week, approximately 6-7 p.m., beginning in late March and ending in late May. Plans call for practices to be held at the Hidden Valley Soccer Complex at Hedges-Boyer Park. Games will be against East Suburban Soccer League teams Woodville, Port Clinton, Oak Harbor, Eastwood and Lake, along with other northwest Ohio teams. Games will be played from early April to late May, typically on weekends. The schedule will be determined in March. Cost is $75 per player. To register, visit www.tiffinsoccer.org. BASEBALL: The Seneca East Baseball Club will have its 2020 mandatory registration meeting for children who would like to play on a T-Ball (ages 4-5) or Town League (ages 5-8) team. This will be held in the Seneca East cafeteria Feb. 13 at 6 p.m. Forms will be sent home from school with children and also will be available in the elementary office. SOFTBALL: The first organizational meeting for all coaches of the Sen-San-Wyan girls softball league is March 4 at 7 p.m. at the Upper Room at St. Joseph Activity Center on Melmore Street in Tiffin. This instructional league is open to all girls in the surrounding areas. No girl will be denied participation on their home team. This league is for any interested girls who has completed kindergarten through eighth grade. Any new team that would like to join must send a representative to the meeting.
