RESULTS POLICY: Coaches turning in results for any sport are reminded to use full names for all athletes. Handwriting must be legible. Photos of scorebooks must be in focus and well lit. Records should be included. Results for varsity high school and college events must be turned in that day by 9:30 p.m. All other events must be turned in by 8 p.m. Turn in results via email at sports@advertiser-tribune.com, fax at (419) 447-3274, telephone at (419) 448-3250 or in the drop box by the paper’s front door at 320 Nelson St. Results must be turned in the day of the event. Depending on time constraints, games and events turned in which do not include full names or are turned in late may not have recaps written about them. Results which are unreadable will not be included in the paper.

JUNIOR HIGH GIRLS BASKETBALL: Fostoria’s eighth grade topped Woodmore 26-19.

n Fostoria’s seventh grade defeated Woodmore 41-20 as Yazmoni Agapiou led the charge with 12 points. Lyrique Johnson added nine points for Fostoria.

JUNIOR HIGH BOYS BASKETBALL: Calvert’s seventh grade beat Old Fort 29-16. Ryan Adelsperger led Old Fort with seven points.

n Tiffin’s eighth grade topped Findlay 35-19. Brady Gooding led TMS with eight points, while Isaac Garcia chipped in seven points.

n Findlay’s seventh grade beat Tiffin 47-36. Jack Newlove dropped in 11 points and Mitch Stephy added seven for TMS.

n Old Fort’s eighth grade downed Calvert 32-28 as Isaiah Perez poured in 10 points for the Stockaders. Blake Bender added seven points, while Carter Cleveland and Carter Dubois both had five points.

TIME CHANGE: The Old Fort boys basketball game at Woodmore Saturday will now start at 4:45 p.m. instead of 5:30 p.m.
